Privacy summary — No Stress: Reset & Calm
Last updated: October 1, 2026
A short summary of how the No Stress: Reset & Calm app (the “App”), published by BALS DIGITAL SRL, handles your data.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller is:
- BALS DIGITAL SRL, a Romanian limited liability company
- Registered office: Oradea, Bihor County, Romania
- Trade Register no.: J5/16/2024
- Fiscal code (CUI): 49356591
- Email (support, privacy and legal requests): [email protected]
- Website: balsdigital.com
At a glance
- No account, no company server. There is no sign-up or login, and the App does not send anything to servers of BALS DIGITAL SRL.
- No analytics, crash reporting, advertising, AI or tracking.
- Your content stays on your device. Check-ins, reset history, feedback, plans, your optional name and your settings are stored only on your phone, in a local database. We have no access to them and cannot recover them.
- One online service: RevenueCat, used to manage No Stress Premium (details below).
- We do not sell or share your personal data.
RevenueCat (in-app purchases)
- RevenueCat, Inc. (United States) manages in-app purchases on our behalf, as our processor.
- Every user's device contacts RevenueCat when the App starts and each time it returns to the foreground (if it is online), whether or not you subscribe.
- RevenueCat receives: a random, anonymous app user ID; on iPhone and iPad, Apple's identifier for vendor (IDFV), which is not the advertising identifier; the operating-system and App version; the device language settings and your store's country; your IP address; and, when you buy or restore, the store receipt and transaction details (product, price, dates and transaction IDs).
- It never receives your check-ins, history, feedback or any other content of the App.
- Legal bases: performance of the contract for Premium purchases (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in recognising Premium status reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

Reminders and device backups
- Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. The notification permission is optional and can be turned off at any time in your device settings.
- If iCloud Backup or Android backup is turned on, your device backups may include the App's local data. These backups are managed by Apple or Google according to your settings; we cannot access them.
Deleting your data
- In the App: Settings → Privacy & data → Delete all my data. This permanently deletes your data from the device. Uninstalling the App also removes it.
- RevenueCat records: email [email protected] and include the order ID from your Apple or Google receipt. We will have the records deleted, except transaction records the law requires us to keep. Deleting them does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your store account.
Age
- The App is intended for users aged 16 and over. Younger users may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian. It is not directed to children under 13.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Data stored only on your device is under your control — the app's privacy policy explains how to export or delete it. For any other request, write to [email protected]; we reply within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests).
You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, Sector 1, 010336 Bucharest, Romania, [email protected], www.dataprotection.ro, or with the supervisory authority of the EU member state where you live or work.
Changes
We update this summary when the app's privacy policy changes. The date at the top shows the last update. For the current, complete rules, always refer to the full policy linked above.
